Loved The Fugitive when I was a kid. Morse was worse than the boogeyman–or was it because I had such a crush on David Janssen (after all we had the same protruding ears) that I found any threat to his person too horrific to contemplate? RIP.

As I seemed to somehow miss “The Fugitive”…(I know I would have been hooked!), Barry Morse was and will always be associated with my favorite Science Fiction series (well…2nd to Star Trek) SPACE: 1999…
even though he never made it to the 2nd season (replaced by Catherine Schell as a shape-changer!) His part as the “Science Officer” in Season 1 completed the triumvirate with Barbara Bain; Martin Landau of great performers (some say they were all a bit stiff)…but hey…they were in shooting the series in london…and trying to act as if they were on a runaway moon…
